TJ Jersey Girl Perfect fit!! which is difficult for my dog. It is windproof I was looking for waterproof but couldn't find in the right size combination. I've learned to go by the chest size first then length and neck. Another reason I chose this one is for the snaps. All of my Velcro items become a problem after a while and the Velcro doesn't stick any longer. Zippers break and are tricky underneath. Nicely made, trimmed well. Seems comfortable and warm doggy seems to like it.
