If you need to correct your shipping address or wish to modify or cancel your order, please email us at service@flowpaws.com within 1 hour of placing your order, and include your order number and details. After processing begins, we will be unable to make changes or cancellations.
Please note that during the busy holiday season, delivery times may be extended due to postal service capacity.
Any applicable customs duties, import fees, taxes, or additional charges are the customer's responsibility. If your order incurs these charges, they must be paid by you for the package to clear customs. In the event that a package is refused, a refund will be issued (minus shipping costs) once the package is successfully returned to our warehouse.
