• Please note that shipping times may vary based on product availability. In cases where a product is unavailable, FLOW PAWS reserves the right to cancel the order, and we will reach out to notify the customer.
• Any taxes or customs fees related to your purchase are the responsibility of the customer.
• Keep in mind that the delivery times provided are estimates, and they do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Details

FLOW PAWS is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

Our responsibility is to deliver your items to the shipping address provided at checkout. Once the package has been marked as delivered by the postal service, we cannot be held liable for any loss or theft. Please ensure that the delivery location is secure.

If you need to correct your shipping address or wish to modify or cancel your order, please email us at service@flowpaws.com within 1 hour of placing your order, and include your order number and details. After processing begins, we will be unable to make changes or cancellations.

Please note that during the busy holiday season, delivery times may be extended due to postal service capacity.

 

Taxes & Duties

Any applicable customs duties, import fees, taxes, or additional charges are the customer's responsibility. If your order incurs these charges, they must be paid by you for the package to clear customs. In the event that a package is refused, a refund will be issued (minus shipping costs) once the package is successfully returned to our warehouse.
