Returns and Exchanges

 

Customer satisfaction is our biggest priority and we want you to be happy with your purchase! If it doesn't work out for any reason we accept returns and exchanges on Unworn, Unwashed, Hair-free, Odor-free and Free of Blemishes merchandise within 30 days of receiving an order.

 

Next, follow the instructions below to process your return or exchange.

Returns

  • Email service@flowpaws.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery.
  • You will need to return your item(s) at your own cost.
  • All return items must be in new condition otherwise a $7 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. All items are subject to inspection.
  • Once we receive your item(s), we will issue your refund or store credit.

 

Final Sale items

"Final Sale" items are offered at deeply discounted prices, allowing you to enjoy significant savings. As a result, these items are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Please double-check the sizing before making your purchase.

 

Defective or Incorrect Item

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you believe you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team at service@flowpaws.com within 3 business days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

If you received the incorrect item or are missing something from your order, please reach out to us at service@flowpaws.com as soon as possible so we can quickly resolve the issue for you!

Exchanges

  • Email service@flowpaws.com within 30 days of the date of initial delivery.
  • All returned items must be in brand-new condition and will be subject to inspection.
  • Your first exchange is on us! We want to ensure you find the perfect fit on your initial purchase and help prevent any sizing issues down the road.
  • For any additional exchanges, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • As soon as we receive your returned items, we will ship out your exchange.

 

Exchanges - Free Return Label

Fit wasn't quite right, or color wasn't what you thought? The cost of the first order to exchange is on us!

 

Online Credit - Free Return Label

Perfect if you know you'll buy something in the near future, but aren't quite sure what you want right now. This is your best option!

 

Refund - Shipping Fee For a Return Label

Your refund will be processed back onto your original payment method, minus a shipping fee of $7 for the return label.

Please note: The original shipping cost is non-refundable, as it was paid directly to the carrier at the time of shipment. For orders that qualified for free shipping, a standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the initial delivery cost.

 

Returns/Exchanges are processed within 2-5 business days after return has been received by our facility

Please ensure that any items being returned or exchanged are Unworn, Unwashed, Hair-free, Odor-free with original tags, and free from any damage. Items that do not meet these criteria will be rejected, not processed, and donated due to being in unsellable condition.

Any items returned that were not originally sold by our company will be donated, and the return/exchange will not be processed.

We monitor all return and exchange activity and reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges, as well as impose fees for any excessive or abusive behavior.

We reserve the right to reject returns or exchanges that do not comply with our return policy.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.

Please note that we do not refund the original shipping charges.
